Helping the Environment
One Pollinator Patch at a Time
Little Way has partnered with TWO awesome non-profits to help make our residential area a better place for pollinators, invertebrates, birds, and other native critters.

Monarch Fellowship
The Monarch Fellowship is a growing, dedicated community working to inspire their neighbors to plant native pollinator gardens that support wildlife.
Little Way Daycare is a proud "hub" for the Monarch Fellowship. We grow milkweed seeds and other native nectar plants. When our plantlets are of transplantable size, we give them away to the community for FREE so you can start your very own backyard habitat.
If you are interested in receiving free native plants for your own gardens, connect with us via facebook. When we have plants available for the public, we will update there.

Xerces Society
The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation is an international non-profit organization that protects the natural world through the conservation of invertebrates and their habitats.
Little Way Daycare was awarded a "Southern California Residential Habitat Kit" by the Xerces Society in December 2025. We received and planted over 25 native plants. We are excited to contribute to creating a habitat for our native pollinator species by introducing even more fauna into our home garden.
Our Mission
is to Inspire children to love learning and appreciate the little things in life
